What are your D200 settings?

I don't have any special setting except :

• I only shoot in RAW without compression because, apparently, the Nikon compression is not lossless (source here and a demonstration here).
• I set the "color space" of my D200 to Adobe RGB because it is known that the GAMUT is wider than the sRGB, so it is a better context for postprocessing
